Matthew L. Hendricksen

Mr. Hendricksen is our newest associate at Crowley and Lamb, P.C. Mr. Hendricksen initially joined the firm as a law clerk in 2007. Upon graduating magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2008, Crowley and Lamb P.C., was pleased to retain the services of Mr. Hendricksen who is now advocating and protecting the rights and interests of our corporate, commercial and banking clients.

Mr. Hendricksen has experience in the areas of corporate governance, breach of corporate fiduciary duty, employee issues, federal and state banking regulation, bank lending and loans, creditor's rights, mechanics' liens, breach of contract issues, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure, in both State and Federal actions. Prior to law school, Mr. Hendricksen worked for one of the largest banks in the country, which at the time was the 6 or 7th largest in the country in their investment division where he monitored and maintained client's stock options trades.

Mr. Hendricksen received his B.S. in Finance from Marquette University in 2002 and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2008. Mr. Hendricksen is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
