Jennifer E. Frick

Jennifer Frick joined our firm in May of 2013. Ms. Frick's practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation and collection law. Prior to joining Crowley & Lamb, Ms. Frick worked for one of the largest foreclosure law firms in Illinois prosecuting thousands of foreclosures on behalf of numerous lending institutions. As a litigator, Ms. Frick has argued cases in courts throughout Chicago and its surrounding counties and has developed a reputation as being fair minded while still aggressively advocating on behalf of her clients. Ms. Frick has gained court room experience in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, defense and enforcement of mechanic's liens, the truth in lending act, and creditor's rights issues. Ms. Frick also has experience with appellate practice and successfully represented her client in Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Co. v. Ortiz, 2012 IL App (1st) 112755, 975 N.E.2d 178 (1st Dist.2012).

Ms. Frick earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2006, and thereafter earned her juris doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2009. Ms. Frick was a member of DePaul's Appellate Moot Court Team and earned the awards for Best Brief and Winning Team at the 14th Whittier Law School in 2009. Ms. Frick is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and before the Northern District of Illinois.
